Monopolistic structure of packaging licensing in Portugal

Monopolstruktur der Verpackungslizenzierung in Portugal:

The new Portuguese Environmental Protection Agency (APA) has set up a central registration office and is currently adjusting the registrations of WEEE (Old Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and the Packaging of manufacturers and dealers. Until the end of 2017, there has been only one register for WEEE (Old Electrical and Electronic Equipment) at the ANREEE authority.

These are currently being reminded and asked to report their 2017 volumes and the plan quantities for 2018. First of all, this is initially only for primary packaging, thus packaging that is incurred by private consumers.
